Finals were determined by:
1. If the final was played then that result stands.
2. If only semi-finals were played and completed then the higher ranked team of the two winning teams that would have moved to the final is the winner.
3. Where none of these 'knockout/elimination' games were played or completed then the winner be determined under bullet point 4 under the sub-heading 'Knock Out or Elimination Matches' in the By Laws (page 8) which indicates the winner be the highest ranked team from the round robin.
