Badminton Victoria is committed to the delivery of a quality state based coach education system that produces a continuous stream of high quality coaches to service all levels of Badminton in Victoria.
To support this, Badminton Victoria supports the National Coach Education Development Program that aims to meet the needs of our sport, and provide coaches with a clear career pathway.

Coach Coordinator
To Coordinate the Coach Development Programme and source Coaches for State Teams , Badminton Victoria contract a Coach Coordinator for 3 days a week.
Michelle Rigg is the Coach Coordinator and can be contacted through her email: coaching@badmintonvic.com.au
As part of her role Michelle coordinates the Coaches Advisory Group.
The objectives of the Coaches Advisory Group are to act as a supporting and advising body to Badminton Victoria on all matters relating to badminton coaching and the training of badminton coaches within the boundaries set by BA.
The Coaches Advisory Group consist of the following members; Michelle Rigg, Rudy Bartholomeuz, Rhonda Cator, Alan Hall, Pauline Martin, Lenny Permana, Ray Throup & Jean Tyrell.
