To achieve our vision we will:

  • Provide leadership that is consistent, visible, accountable, and dynamic;
  • Encourage and provide opportunities for all junior players to participate and enjoy badminton at all levels;
  • Build the confidence and self worth of all our players by fostering a positive, stable, and supportive environment;
  • Stimulate the interests in badminton for existing and potential players, parents, officials and sponsors;
  • Develop a culture where all our players are striving to be the best they can, where good conduct and a sense of fair play are foremost in their minds;
  • recognise and celebrate outstanding achievement;
  • Provide programs for junior player development from grassrotts through to elite level;
  • initiate strategies to place junior badminton in the top ten sports in australia

The Victorian teams have been announced and the individual entry forms for the 2009 U19 Australasian Championships have been released. Congratulations to the boys and girls who were selected and goodluck to all players representing Victoria at the 2009 U19 CP Maddern Carnival in both the team and individual events, held in Bendigo, July 1 - 8.
