About Us
Hockey Victoria Inc. is the governing body of hockey in Victoria and currently has 62 affiliated clubs in metropolitan Melbourne plus 19 regional affiliated associations.
Hockey Victoria is responsible for administering all the metropolitan competitions including winter, summer and indoor leagues. Hockey Victoria is alse responsible for various events throughout the year including the Junior State Championship and Women's State Championship. Hockey Victoria also hosts Australian Championships on a rotational basis including the Australian Hockey League.
The Adminitration office is located at the State Netball Hockey Centre, in Parkville Melbourne of which there are eight full time staff and three part-time/casual staff members.
As a member organisation Hockey Victoria is governed by a Board of Directors which is made up by seven members who are elected by our affiliates.
