In 2012 all Umpire Allocations for HV competitions are being completed through Schedula.
All registered umpires will receive access to Schedula. Umpires will need to log into Schedula to update their availability and confirm appointments. It is important that umpires update their availability so they can be allocated to matches.
Please also refer to the Schedula “User Guide” as it covers all the things you will need to do as an Umpire using the system. Brief instructions for updating availability and confirming appointments are listed below:
Updating Your Availability
All Umpires can amend their availability on the spot via the “Manage Availability” link. It is important that you check that your current availability settings are correct. We have tried to transpose availability details from the Umpire Registration as best we can - but in some cases this was left blank. Instructions on how to view and change your availability are outlined in the User Guide.
Confirming or Declining Your Appointments
Once you have been appointed to officiate a match you will receive an email letting you know that you have an unconfirmed appointment waiting in Schedula. Once you receive this email you need to log in to Schedula and either “accept” or “decline” that appointment. Please try to do this within 24 hours of receiving notification via email.
